What kind of maintenance does the Varieta Zebra (i.e. night & day roller shutter) fabric roller shutter require?

The product does not require demanding maintenance or lubrication of the control mechanisms. It is good to first vacuum away any dust using a hand or standard vacuum cleaner set to the lowest power. Alternatively, you can use a soft clothes brush.

Wash any dirty spots on the fabric roller shutter night and day using a soft cloth and a soap solution. It is important that you only use soap solutions without any chemical additives at a temperature no higher than 30 degrees. The cloth should be damp, not wet. Pull it from edge to edge to clean the fabric on both sides.

Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents such as organic solvents, thinners, sand cleaners, cleaning pastes, steam cleaners, etc. Do not iron the fabrics because their surface is impregnated.
